4-H Enrollment

The 4-H year runs from October 1-September 30 each year

2026-2027 4-H Enrollment is now open. CLICK HERE  to print an enrollment form for YOUTH interested in signing up for 4-H, ages 5-18. 

Can you enroll or sign up online? NO

Can you fill out the enrollment form and email it to us? NO

When should you enroll or re-enroll in 4-H? Between October 1 - November 30, 2026

Please do the following:

1) Print enrollment form

2) Fill it out (one form per child) 

3) Mail it in to CCE with a check made out to "CCE Niagara" OR drop it off in person at our office

4) Pay with cash, check, or credit card

5) Mail or stop by - 4487 Lake Ave. Lockport 14094 ~ Attn: 4-H 

$30 per child per year for 4-H membership ~ Maximum of $75 per family for 3 or more children living in same household. 

We cannot accept enrollment forms without payment.
