Veggie Van Mobile Farmers Market

Since 2016, we have worked  to increase food security, promote equitable food access and work towards a sustainable and diverse local food system.  The Veggie Van connects Niagara County residents with access to locally grown and produced fruits, veggies, proteins, dairy and more.

All of the food sold is sourced from farms in Western New York encouraging residents to “eat local!"

Benefits of Eating Local :

• supports local farmers and their families
• produce is picked when ripe and packed with vitamins
•  provides environmental and economic stability
• produce doesn't have to travel thousands of miles

The CCE Veggie Van Farm Truck is funded by the Highmark BlueFund Western New York grant.

We are also the recipients of 3  NYSDOH grants; Nourish NY,  HPNAP, and New York Food for New York  Families. With this funding we will be able to provide 10,000 Veggie+ bags a year to Niagara County residents.
