ANIMAL LEASE FORM

Objective of the 4-H Animal Lease/Borrow Program:

The objective of this program is to allow youth who do not have the resources to raise/own a 4-H animal project, the opportunity to have a project animal through leasing or borrowing. The 4-H member will gain firsthand experience in the management and showing of 4-H animal projects through the cooperation of local animal owners. CCE Niagara and 4-H Staff is not responsible for leasing. 4-H member must seek out farm or animal owner, or seek guidance from their animal key leader. If animal owner does not have their own lease form or agreement, you may use the one provided here.
