In this workshop participants will learn to preserve these early summer gems by making both shelf stable and freezer jam. All materials will be provided.

	Payments can be made in-person at CCE's administration office, located at 4487 Lake Ave, in Lockport. We accept cash and checks. Regular business hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-4:20 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
