Intro to Food Preservation & Dehydrating

There are many reasons to preserve food at home including to preserve local seasonal flavors, support the local food system, eliminating food waste, and to be self-reliant. Learn about the different ways to preserve food at home and try your hand at preparing foods for dehydration and freezing. All class materials will be provided. 

Price: $20
Payments can be made in-person at CCE's administration office, located at 4487 Lake Ave, in Lockport. We accept cash and checks. Regular business hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-4:20 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
