Summer usually brings a bounty of tomatoes. Learn how to put them up by to use in later months. Participants will learn how to can and freeze tomatoes.This workshop will be led by a trained Master Food Preserver and will be a combination of a presentation and hands-on group learning experiences. All course materials are included in the workshop fee of $20/workshop/person. Class will be held on September 23 at 5:30-7:00pm in the WNY Food Incubator kitchen in the 4-H Training Center.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a class minimum of 8 participants. If
the class minimum is not met, or class must be cancelled due to unforeseen
events, class fees will be refunded in full. If the class is full, your check
and/or a refund check will be returned to you.
