Lawn Care 101

This workshop is a beginner guide on lawn care from seeding a new lawn, repairing bare spots, when and how to do routine care including mowing, fertilizing, weed control and watering. How to troubleshoot problems and deal with issues such as thatch, moss, and grubs. Participants may bring in a sample of their soil (use a small plastic sandwich bag) for pH testing. You may also bring weed specimens for identification. This class will be taught by CCE Horticulture Educator, John Farfaglia.
