Join us for a 3-day intensive workshop, October 1-3, 2024
- For those who want to go beyond the basics of home food preservation.
- This course is also the first step toward becoming a Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Food Preserver.
- Taught by CCE Certified Master Food Preservers, Amanda Henning and Jen Regan
- You will learn how to safely process jams, cold and hot-pack veggies, fruits and meats. We will also discuss freezing, dehydrating foods, food safety, pressure canning, fermentation and more!
- No prior experience in food preservation is necessary.
- Class size is limited.
- Cost is $375.00 (includes lunch each day)
