In this workshop participants will learn the basics of fermentation for home food preservation. Participants will learn how to make sauerkraut and kimchi. This workshop will be led by a trained CCE Master Food Preserver and will be a combination of a presentation and hands-on group learning experiences. Participants will take samples home and enjoy a snack prepared by Chef Binks. All course materials are included in the workshop fee of $50.00 per person. Registration is required and limited. This workshop is designed for adults age 18+. No pets or children allowed.
