As summer winds down the apple harvest is in full swing. Learn how to preserve the bounty. Participants will learn how to can and dehydrate apples. This workshop will be led by a trained CCE Master Food Preserver and will be a combination of a presentation and hands-on group learning experiences. Participants will take samples home and enjoy a snack prepared by Chef Binks. All course materials are included in the workshop fee of $50.00 per person. Registration is required and limited. This workshop is designed for adults age 18+. No pets or children allowed.
