Passing the Dish: How to Preserve Family Recipes with Andrew Galarneau

Join us for a fun evening with Andrew Galarneau, Food Editor for the Buffalo News. Andrew will help you harness your creative spark to produce a memory-filled cookbook.The event will be part presentation and part hands-on writing workshop. $25.00/person. Registration is limited. Workshop is for adults 18+, no children or pets allowed.

Participants should bring:

  •  1- 3 of their favorite family recipes 
  • any photos or supporting information
  • writing supplies  ( pen/ paper)
  •  tablet or laptop if desired

Workshop will take place in the 4-H Training Center on the CCE- Niagara County Fairgrounds
