Running from August 2nd-6th, 2023, the Niagara County Fair is a celebration of youth, agriculture, and community. Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County (CCE) invites nonprofit and municipal groups to visit this affordable, family-friendly fair on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and take advantage of a group rate for fair admission tickets.
Groups of 12 or more will receive a group admission rate of (TBD for 2023)
Groups of 20 or more will receive the group rate plus 2 free tickets.
CCE requests that all groups requiring bus or van parking to contact them as soon as possible as bus and van parking is limited on the CCE grounds.
Group ticket requests must be made on organization letterhead and include a contact name, phone number, the number of tickets, and payment. Any additional group members arriving at the fair will need to pay the full fair admission price of $8. Cancellation of group tickets must be done in writing and received by July 19, 2023. No refunds can be made after that date. Checks are to be made payable to CCE-Niagara County. Mail letter and payment to CCE-Niagara County, 4487 Lake Avenue, Lockport NY 14094 Attn: Fair Group Tickets. Nonprofit groups requesting a further discounted price on admission will be required to send a statement of need.
Any organizations or companies wishing to donate fair tickets to nonprofit groups are asked to contact Darlene at 716.433.8839. Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt organization. Net proceeds from the fair support CCE-Niagara County programming that benefits children, families, farmers, seniors and communities across Niagara County.
