Using a pressure canner is necessary when canning low acid foods. In this workshop participants will learn how to use a pressure canner by canning vegetables. This workshop will be led by a trained Master Food Preserver and will be a combination of a presentation and hands-on group learning experiences. All course materials are included in the workshop fee of $20/workshop/person. Class will be held on July 8th from 5:00-8:00pm in the WNY Food Incubator kitchen in the 4-H Training Center.
