ServSafe Certification Class

Are you a farmer with value-added products? Do you have a food product you'd like to bring to market? Sign up for the WNY Food Incubator business workshop series, designed to help food businesses thrive! 

According to the New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets, licensed food establishments must have all person in charge successfully complete a food safety training class. ServSafe is the most comprehensive and up-to-date food safety programs available, and the certification is required for any tenant of the WNY Food Incubator. Come to our one-day 8 hour course and earn your ServSafe Manager Certification! You will learn everything you need to know to run a safe food business. CCE's Certified Instructor Benjamin Glurich is a registered dietitian and chef who will help you create a culture of food safety for your food business.

Cost: $100
Cost of class covers the book, course instruction, exam sheet and proctoring of the exam.
